My Operating Parameters

A. Belief

  1. Christian faith:  (active and important to me); I believe the Lord saved me from my own damnation. Jesus is the Son of God, He came to earth, was crucified, dead and buried and rose from the grave the third day and  currently sits at the right hand of God and I am very grateful. His word is my source of strength and guidance.
  2. Family and close dear friends take top priority in goal and objective setting in my daily routine.
  3. Be nice!

B. Behavioral

  1. Witness to Christ.  I strive to be a professional and Christ like in all work activities.  Being nice and honest are my top values. I dislike mean people. I will strive to keep my language clean.  
  2. I work toward a systemic view.  I manage variance, not average. Measurements and data analysis are important characteristics of my management style.  My first assumption is that the process is the problem. I value safety and business integrity. I utilize statistical quality control techniques.  I am a Dr. Edwards Deming student (2 years).
  3. Operating principle: “Say what you are going to do, do what you say, call early if you can’t”
  4. Enable others to be successful.  When people need love the most, they deserve it the least.
  5. Assume the best, prove the rest.
  6. Favorably influence the situation.
