We Test, We Demo, You Decide, We Share, So to Lead Others Replacing Fear with Knowledge
The importance of knowledge is the corner stone for these tests focused on the following: A. What is the system and how is it defined? B. What are the critical elements and what are their variances (performances) ? C. How is "special cause" and "common cause" determined and how often? D. What are the most important behaviors and how are they managed? E. What is the purpose and performance of the system and does the customer agree? F. How is Management by Objective (MBO) different from Management by Capability (MB-Cpk)
C S Lewis wrote in his book "The Problem of Pain" "is that people can ignore pleasure, but pains demands their attention" the primary vehicle to learn humility as a leader is dealing successfully with tribulation. One of the paradoxes is an evil motivation to cause other people tribulation to control the organization. This eventually back fires, often in very tragic ways. Be safe, JS
