Drive out organizational fear! Replacing Fear with Knowledge Profound Knowledge Leadership & Management Tests
Appreciation of a system: understanding the overall processes involving suppliers, producers, and customers (or recipients) of goods and services
Knowledge of variation: the range and causes of variation in quality, and use of statistical sampling in measurements
Theory of knowledge: the concepts explaining knowledge and the limits of what can be known
Knowledge of psychology: concepts of human nature.
As we encounter new and dramatic change in our systems, it is becoming more difficult to prevent disastrous outcomes in our organizations. This is a new project designed to test the impact of "induced fear" into an organization causing errors and sometimes lethal impact to an organization. We will endeavor to test for the impact of personal and organizational fear. Keep watching for more on this project.
The first annual Project Kill the Fear Tests and Applied Research. It will provide a demonstration of how fear impacts an organization. The tests seeks to identify, defend and/or stop a disastrous or fatal event in your organization.
